The program

Three stages, one project.

The hackathon doesn't start at the ArenA. We run two online sessions in the lead-up so you walk in with a locked idea and a working MVP. Then spend the weekend on the polish and the pitch.

We're building inside Amsterdam's most iconic venue. Home turf of Ajax, and for two days, home turf of builders.

Before you register.

Do I need to know Solana?

No. Many of our best teams are Solana-first-timers. We'll have mentors on-site to help you get set up and shipping. It's a lot easier if you come with a coding agent on your side: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, whatever you're comfortable with. They'll carry a huge amount of the weight so you can focus on the idea.

Can I come solo?

Yes. You can build solo for the whole event. No pressure to find a team. If you do want one, we'll run a team formation session on day one where you can connect with other builders. Teams of up to 4 are welcome.

Who's eligible?

Anyone who's curious. Devs, designers, business, law, students, hobbyists, the plain-curious: all welcome. Non-Dutch builders too; the working language is English.

Can I use AI coding tools?

Yes, encouraged. Claude, Cursor, Copilot, whatever gets you shipping. Just make sure the work and the understanding are yours.

Who owns the IP?

You do. Everything you build stays yours. We just want to help you keep building it after the event, via grants, intros, and the Superteam NL network.
